Our Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Sweet N Nice Ice Cream subscription you are agreeing to our terms and conditions stated below.

First Time Subscription & Gift Orders

We currently deliver our ice cream subscriptions weekly, on Tuesdays & Wednesdays so customers receive their order on Thursday or Friday. In order to receive or give a Sweet N Nice subscription for a particular week, a customer must order and pay 2 days before our deliveries are scheduled to go out, so by Sunday 5pm the latest. This may be subject to change if there are production or delivery issues.

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund any costs related to incorrectly entered delivery addresses or parcels that cannot be delivered due to refusal or business closures. If there are any changes to your address, you must update your address a minimum of 5 days prior to the delivery date of the subsequent month. If you have not received your delivery or been notified of an attempted delivery please email us at subscription@sweetnnice.co

Damaged or missing goods

Delivery times on site are targeted ‘estimates’. The arrival of orders may extend outside of the window estimated by our courier. If your order arrives damaged or has items missing, please take lots of photos and send them to us with details by email at subscription@sweetnnice.ca as soon as possible in order for us to remedy the situation. We will not be able to act upon any reports of damaged or missing goods if not reported within 2 days of the shipping date.

Events Outside Our Control

Sometimes, events occur which are out of our control (known as Force Majeure events), not limited to, but for example, severe weather, fires, floods, epidemics/pandemics, impossibilities to use transport affecting delivery, outages of electricity and telecommunications and so forth. We cannot be liable or responsible for failed or late deliveries in a “Force Majeure” event/situation, but will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.


Initial payment is taken on the day you order or sign up, your recurring payment will be billed automatically on the same day of each calendar month that you signed up, until your subscription is canceled. For example, a customer signing up on April 15th would be billed on April 15th for their May subscription order, and would be billed again on May 15th for their June order. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure your payment method details are valid and up to date. Incorrect or expired payment details may affect your delivery. Your payment method can be managed through your subscription login. All payments must be cleared before you are able to receive your order. We have the right to cancel your subscription if we encounter payment issues that cannot be resolved.

Subscription Cancellation

We would be sad to see you go, but you can easily cancel your subscription at any time without any hidden fees. Customers wishing to cancel their subscription must do so before their monthly bill date. It is the responsibility of the customer to manage their subscription by contacting us at: subscription@sweetnnice.co at least 3 days prior to their bill date. Any requests to refund charges already processed may be denied (but still fulfilled), you will still receive the remaining boxes of the pre-paid period you have paid for. Sweet N Nice reserves the right to deny refunds of charges that have already been processed.

Return Policy

Unfortunately we are unable to accept product returns as our subscriptions may contain fresh and/or perishable food items. This does not affect your right to cancel your subscription in line with the details outlined above.

Changes To Pricing

Price increases are sometimes necessary due to increasing ingredients, labour and administrative costs related to providing this service. We are committed to providing fair pricing and will only increase prices where absolutely necessary. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time, but will notify existing subscribers at least one month prior to changes to allow time for customers to cancel their subscription if they so wish.

Changes to terms and conditions

You will be subject to the policies, terms and conditions in place at the time of your order. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, including changes in technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. We will notify you of changes made and will assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of your order.
